Your Spa Experience Begins
Upon arrival, you'll be provided with a complimentary robe, slippers, and a secure locker for your personal belongings. Take a moment to change, settle in, and begin enjoying the peaceful atmosphere with some refreshing ice water and complimentary snacks before your treatment.
You are also welcome to order a selection of wine or cocktails from our drink menu to elevate your relaxation.
For your comfort and convenience, we also provide disposable underwear and shower caps for all wet and body treatments. If you prefer, you're welcome to bring your own swimwear as an alternative.

Complimentary Parking
Enjoy complimentary parking during your Spa visit, making your arrival simple and stress-free so you can focus on relaxing from the moment you arrive.
You may access the parking garage from two entry points: the first is off Charles Street (upper parking lot), and the second is via Halls Lane, a small alley beside the hotel's front entrance that leads to the main level parking.
Simply park your vehicle and bring your parking ticket with you to the Spa—we'll be happy to validate it prior to your departure.
